The Board Meetings are held in-person and live-streamed by Zoom. If you wish to provide a public comment before the meeting, please submit an electronic Public Comment Card聽by 3:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. If you miss the deadline to submit your comment before the meeting, you may still provide public comment in person. Public comments are limited to 3 minutes. Persons may speak on an agenda item or on other matters of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board.
